Salon Terms and Conditions

Reservations & Cancellations

Extensive and/or multiple salon services may require a major credit card to secure your appointment. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment(s), please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid an automatic credit card charge of a percentage of the service total. For a “no show”, your credit card will automatically be charged for the full value of services.

Confirmation Notifications

As a courtesy, we try to call and confirm your scheduled appointment at least one business day prior to your appointment. Additionally, our scheduling system will also send out an email or text (SMS) reminder of your appointment at least one day prior to your appointment. If we or our scheduling system are unable to call or reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and potential cancellation fees.

Arrival

If you are late for an appointment, it may be necessary to reschedule. Your technician will do his/her best to accommodate you. In order to ensure the best service and experience, we encourage you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

Walk-Ins

We welcome walk-in guests! However, if availability is limited, you may have a waiting period or need to schedule an appointment.

Child Safety Policy

We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in the salon. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation and salon experience of our guests. Children are only permitted in the salon or spa area when having a service for safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Jewelry & Personal Items

We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing, jewelry, phones, and accessories.

Forms of Payment

We reserve the right to change prices and services at any time without notification. We accept Visa and MasterCard, Beautiful Dollhouse Gift Cards/Certificates, and cash. Sorry, we do not accept Discover, American Express, or personal checks.

Gratuities

Gratuity (tipping) is up to the discretion of each client. The industry average is $15%-20% of the service total prior to discounts or incentive offers. Our team greatly appreciates your generosity!

Gift Cards / Gift Certificates

Gift cards and gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will cash be given in exchange for unused balances. Gift cards and gift certificates are non-refundable, but they are transferable.

Returns

Retail products may be returned or exchanged with an original receipt within 14 days. We do not offer or apply the credit toward services for returned merchandise.
